Erica Monaco, DVM
Dr. Erica Monaco was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and obtained most of her undergraduate education while serving in the U.S. Army abroad. She received her BS and DVM degrees from Colorado State University and completed a Master of Science in Public Health at the University of Colorado Denver.
Dr. Monaco recently joined our team in January 2020 and she currently works at both Providence Pet Hospital and Seven Hills Pet Hospital. Her professional interests include emergency medicine, acupuncture, internal medicine, and public health outreach and education.
In her free time, Dr. Monaco enjoys salsa dancing, golfing, scuba diving, traveling, and cheering for the Denver Broncos and Las Vegas Golden Knights.

Emily Redding, DVM
Dr. Emily Redding grew up in Abilene, Texas and decided at around 5 years of age that she would become a veterinarian.
She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M. Prior to relocating her family to Las Vegas in 2016, she practiced in Lubbock, Flower Mound, and Uptown Dallas. Her veterinary interests include dermatology, senior/geriatric medicine, and dentistry.
In their free time, Dr. Redding, her husband, and their children enjoy hiking/camping, listening to live music, and cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights. They share their home with Nikita (Siberian Husky), Fleury-Heart (Husky x Malamute x GSD), Dexter (Cockapoo), and two Bengals- Otis and Merlin.

Alyssa Watson, DVM
Dr. Alyssa Watson was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She completed her bachelor’s degree at St. Olaf College in Minnesota with a dual major in Chemistry and Ancient Studies. After graduating with honors, she was accepted to Iowa State University and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2003.
Shortly after, she began working at a mixed animal hospital in Reno, Nevada and remained there for almost seven years before moving to Las Vegas to be closer to family. Dr. Watson has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2010 and joined the team at Providence Pet Hospital and Northwest Pet Hospital in 2019.
In addition to working in a clinical practice, Dr. Watson is a medical editor for the #1 ranked veterinary publication, Clinician’s Brief.
Her professional interests include canine and feline dermatology, reproduction, and soft tissue surgery. When not at the hospital, she is apt to be enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their two young sons.
